Embrace, Empower and Evolve
I currently offer face-to-face perinatal support to Mother’s and their partners across Torbay and across the UK and beyond through my online classes. I bring with me a wealth of experience and knowledge to my role.
Since completing my training in March 2019 I’m able to offer you my support and knowledge over the whole range of classes from bump right the way through to 12 months post birth, providing this contiuation of care for Mother’s and their famalies is something that I am truly passionate about. I teach privately (at your own home) for those living in Torbay or online across the UK and Beyond.
I started my own antenatal journey with The Daisy Foundation in 2012 whilst pregnant with my first son. For me, The Daisy Foundation gave me a positive outlook and the confidence and understanding of pregnancy and labour. I found the classes relaxing and informative and I knew then that I wanted to bring The Daisy Foundation to the Torbay and give more women the opportunity to have a better understanding of pregnancy and labour.
Since The Daisy Foundation ceased trading in September 2023 and we were given the rights to carry on teaching, I now run under my own brand; Embrace, Empower and Evolve. Teaching under my own brand has given me the power to still teach The Daisy Foundation, but in my own style, which I absolutely love. You still get the same teachings, but on my own way.
Once baby is born I am then able to continue that support through the charity run baby groups; Mummy and Me (these classes help Mummies, Daddies or another adult enjoy more special bonding time with the baby, as well as providing you with chances to make new friends in a safe environment). These groups are aimed at babies aged 0-12 months so that we can continue to ensure that your babies remain safe and to allow us to to provide you with all the much needed information that you may need in those first 12 months.
For me personally, I love the fact that I am able to help and support Mum’s every step of the way from bump right the way through to 12 months post birth.
