These many layers, which we have received since childhood from society and often also family, must be removed, as well as working on the collective female consciousness, in which birth and female self-determination have been weakened over centuries, up to the hereditary sin of the church. All this is stored in our cells and prevents us from following with ease our body, our intuition and our “basic instincts”. We have built up too many fear programs throughout our lives. To suddenly let go of all of these during birth, to be able to flow completely free with a process never experienced before, is impossible for most women at first. The more of this work we do ahead of time in pregnancy, the more likely we are to be able to surrender completely during birth.   Of course, there can be no guarantee of a painless or pleasurable birth. But I can promise you with the 9 cycles of this online course that if you stay active, you will start the birth strengthened, self-confident, well-informed, open, fear-free and much more pleasurable, knowing exactly what to expect and how you want to deal with it and definitely a huge step forward in your own development towards more self-love and femininity. The deeper you dare to go during pregnancy, the deeper your birth experience will be.
