BellyTots Birth provides Pregnancy Relaxation and Exercise using strengthening Pilates exercises and restorative, soothing Yoga-based stretches. There is a strong focus on breathing, visualisation and relaxation which is useful for labour, birth and the postnatal period. Many physical skills for labour and birth are woven through the class. Getting to know one another and providing a strong community into the postnatal period features too, along with a helpful weekly email. BellyTots Postnatal offers a Mum and Baby Exercise and relaxation class that also combines some Baby Yoga and Baby Massage; with the all important tea and chat available at the end. Lots of core work to strengthen, restore and optimise physical recovery following birth. Baby Massage and ‘Daddy & Me’ classes also available.
